The company “Betnova G.P.” provides digital prediction services for sports events results for a subscription fee. The technical nature of digital services is such that there is no right of withdrawal and refund to the company after the service was fully performed. The digital services are considered fully rendered and completed with the activation of the subscription, that is, immediately after the visitor/user of the website logs in with his password to the forecasting subscription service, since the content of the information is communicated simultaneously to the visitor/user. Therefore, the user expressly accepts by paying the price and logging in to the subscription service with the password that they have no right to cancel the subscription and/or get a refund of the money they have paid for the digital services already provided to them.

The minimum mandatory stay in the subscription service is 30 calendar days after the date of initial registration and subscription or the date of re-activation of the subscription for each subsequent time. Once the above described 30 calendar days have elapsed, the subscription is automatically deactivated.

By way of exception, the company “Betnova G.P.” grants the user the right to cancel their subscription and the right to a corresponding refund of the money they paid within 3 calendar days from the purchase/renewal of the subscription service, if within 24 hours of purchase/renewal this visitor/user can prove that they have not logged in to the website www.betnova.gr. The above cancellation of the subscription service and the refund can only be made if the relevant request for cancellation of the subscription is submitted through the company’s communication channels, with sufficient evidence for the identification of the visitor/user and their transaction, as well as evidence of not logging in to the website.

In case of cancellation of a subscription for the above reason it is provided that the way of refund is the same as the one that the subscription payment was made and is carried out within 14 days from the request for cancellation of the subscription. The company “Betnova G.P.” reserves the right to send to the cooperating financial institution or e-money or e-payment institution information of monetary transactions and physical or electronic correspondence between the website and the user, from the moment they requested the cancellation of a subscription and until the completion of the cancellation of the current subscription, if the cooperating financial institution or e-money or e-payment institution so requests.

The company “Betnova G.P.” may send an invoice for the provision of services to the user’s email address within a reasonable period of time from the confirmation of payment of the money through the payment methods provided for on the above-mentioned website. Any failure to send the invoice in time does not constitute a reason for termination/cancellation of the subscription or a refund to the user, since the invoice is issued on the same day and any delay in sending it is solely due to a technical issue.
